Delivery Policy

We offer a flat rate delivery to the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.50. This applies to any size or weight of parcel. We offer free delivery on orders over £50.

Once you have placed your order you should receive an email confirming your order. Once we have packed and posted your order you should receive another email confirming your order has been dispatched.

We aim to get your parcels packed and posted as quickly as we can, usually within one to two business days. (This excludes weekends, bank holidays and any personal holidays that we will advertise.)

Once we have posted your parcel you should receive up to date tracking information from Royal Mail. Please make sure to provide the correct email address and mobile number so you receive these updates.
